Before I forget let me share this tip which my sister had shared with me. Drizzling some honey over fruits reduces the acidic content in them. So I always add some honey over fruit salad or fruit juices. Honey is a great replacement for sugar and also well know for it’s ayurveda properties.

- 1 kilo kinnor oranges or any orange
- ¼th cup honey/sugar
- few ice cubes
- Rinse the oranges under water. Wipe them with a cloth or napkin.
- Peel the oranges and slice them into four parts.
- Place the sliced oranges into the grinder or juicer.
- Drizzle some honey or add sugar and also add few ice cubes.
- Grind until they become juicy. I don't have a pic for this step.
- Sieve the juice over a mesh strainer. Collect the juice in a vessel.
- Pour the collected orange juice into tall glasses. Serve the orange juice chilled and garnish with mint leaves.

How To Juice An Orange
1. Slice the watermelon into small pieces.
2. Cut the oranges in halves. (Note: Before cutting the oranges, roll and crush them so that you can get more juice from them.)
3. Squeeze juice from the oranges and place it in a small bowl or glass.
4. Juice the watermelon using a juicer.
5. Mix the orange juice with the watermelon juice.
6. Put ice cubes and watermelon chunks in a tall glass.
7. Pour-in the prepared juice to the glass. Garnish with orange slices if desired.
8. Serve cold and enjoy your watermelon and orange juice!
